THE CHALLENGE:
Give a disjointed space a little more flow.
THE BUILD:
After two previous additions left this home with a disorganized, confusing layout, the overall flow of the floor plan became very limited. So, when this family asked for our help, we created a massive addition to rework the disconnected design, and unify the entire home.
THE RESULT:
A new, open floor plan through the kitchen and family room greatly improved the natural flow of the Alanton home. What was originally a tight mudroom entrance is now wider and more useful; with stylish paneled walls and chic custom built-ins match its improved functionality. To cap it all off, we added a custom, expansive covered porch, complete with automatic power screens to enjoy the property’s stunning waterfront views in maximum comfort.
